We present a fair and flexible offer that aligns with your transition objectives. There's usually some back and forth here as we work through the finer points of a term sheet/ letter of intent.

Due Diligence

A collaborative process where we dive deeper into the business operations, legal structures and financials to verify key business details. This is where we'll bring in advisers to help accelerate the process and prepare the necessary contracts for closing.

Contract Signing & payment

Once terms are agreed, we finalise the documents and join you to complete the job of signing the lot. We then send the funds to your account and enjoy a moment to celebrate.
